Where is my order?
We ship every day at 5:00 PM and email you tracking as soon as the carrier issues it. Our track my order page covers what to do if it has not shown up.
How do I return a book?
Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number. If the mistake is ours we send a prepaid label; if you have changed your mind the return postage is yours. Conditions are on our returns and refunds page.
How much is shipping?
Free on US orders over $49, calculated at checkout below that, and expedited service is included at no extra cost either way. More on our shipping and delivery page.
Do you buy textbooks?
A narrow list of titles, at flat rates, and you cover the postage. Read the buyback terms first, then email your ISBNs to support@usbookgram.com.
